I'm thinking about getting one of those baby pigs to lay on the grill.Has anyone ever done it?
 
me either, and prob never will, I like my meat butchered, meaning no head with eyes.
 
Head and eyes don't bother me at all, but I rather a full grown pig than a mere piglet.

......and just to really gross you out, I love salmon heads, especially the eyeballs.........its an Asian thing :)

How do you prepare that? Boil them? Is that fish head soup?

Yeah its a Vietnamese soup that typically uses salmon steaks and often includes the heads

Hmm.. Considering how much trouble I had with pho, probably be a while till I try that. I wouldn't mind going for tea again though ;)
 
It seems as if only Americans prefer their fish cooked without the head.Head on is popular throughout the carribean,Europe,and Asia...
