if you are paying attention to only what is sensationalized on media, or gets hits on you tube, you are missing out what is the norm for both the good side and the bad side. read all the news , good and bad from all media outlets.
The thing is when a "pro gun rights activist" comes in to a Starbucks carrying an rifle and sticks it up your butt as you decide what coffee you want that morning it's kinda hard not to sway one way but on the flip side when this happens you away the other way. I agree withpops that it's crazies do what crazies do.
But if you don't know your rights you don't have them.
Hello; I am not sure I get your point. I have had a gun pointed at me three times while I was unarmed. I felt very helpless. I can say that having some means to potentially defend myself would have been my prefered status. I do not ever wish to be at some one else's mercy or incompetence again.
I don't depend on youtube for news and I watch a good deal of CNN and the other cable news channels....even Al Jazeera lol...but I don't recall a peep about that story.
allow me the chance to defend myself. oh, and the main reasons for my amend rights. to defend my rights from the governing body. we the people, screw with that and **** hit the fan.Oh I'm not disputing that it was or wasn't,I was just a little amazed that it escaped my notice.
