hello; I see two variations of the question. One is that your sleep schedule normally has you asleep at the regular broadcast time of the game. You wonder if it is worth losing sleep to watch and be sleep deprived the next day?

The other applies to myself. I have been recording football games due to my habit of falling asleep. I many times do not make it past the first Q. I can and have made the last few super B's all the way, but will record as I watch just in case. I have a very comfy recliner.

Starts 12:30 AM, which is not a Problem as I'd usually go to bed around 2 but as you know it should go on for a lot longer than that
