house built in 2007, market crashed in 2009 or so, originally was listed at 405 and sold, went into foreclosure for 2 years, I got at 247, in 2010, now listed at 355. 100k equity for me.
 
ones a single other is a double garage,.its a 3 car garage.
 
nope. just load bearing pillars for the room over the garage.
 
garage is a large open bay with 2 garage doors
 
house was a deal, natural gas through out, kitchen, water heater, heating, fire place and a hook up outside patio for the BBQ.

Lol now I get what you meant with the 15 minute lawn mowing, I was imagining you on several acres of land and speeding through there on a tuned sit-on lawnmower lol
