Yeah my mother went outside with mine...bang took off never saw him again
 
yup a cockatoo, and its name was baby, I could not hang with that, renamed Ragnar Lothbrook. he is 10 years old born in AZ. very cool bird, me and him need to work on our trust issues more.

it takes time and patience they are very smart animals
 
Well...I just had my second brush with death. Saturday night. I woke knowing something was wrong and woke the wife to help me. I tried to get out of bed but fell to the ground. I went into a near vegetable state. Couldn't move or open my eyes. Talking took an effort.

I remained this way for even an hour in er before being able to open my eyes. I also been having a liquid bowel movement with bleeding. I'm still in the hospital now

Wow sorry to see this,have the docs come up with any kind of diagnosis yet?

Sounds like what happened to my grandfather when he developed parkinsons. Dont think he was bleeding though. Hopefully thats not your case
