That's hilarious he or his writer must have been watching Dark Knight recently.
 
That's just like the slogan he's trade marketing just in case he runs again being the same slogan from the last Purge movie.
 
Maybe it's me but I don't see a huge similarity between to the two other then both were talking about the rich taking advantage of the poor. But non of the words seem to match up.
