That is unusual.I have never heard of such an occurrence.

Me neither,the closest thing I could recall is that babies eyes sometimes switch color..

This happened with my daughter. She was born with blue eyes(it's even on her birth certificate) but before she left the hospital they turned brown.

all I can say all new born eyes appear blue when born, takes 3 days to 2 weeks before there true eye color shows. the blue is not their eye color you see but the cornea before it clears up.
