Thats pretty cool that its that good on gas. Its a nissan sentra.

I like to keep the wife in a truck since she has the kids all the time and two truck payments were a little steep so i opted for the "little"car. Shes in a pathfinder with all the bells and whistles of course
yeah, sounds familiar. her car just hit 30K miles, mines around 130K miles. lol

sentras are a nice little car. I hear ya on two truck payments, hence why I drive a focus and a sierra hahaha instead of a sierra and a tacoma

I really wanted a pick up but aaaahhh thats life. Im more than likely gonna buy a used beat up pickup and ttry and keep the miles down on the sentra. Im not a fan of leasing but of course princess is so i digure if i keep miles low on my car i can take it ti the grave....gotta admit all the crap bells amd whistles in her truck are pretty cool.

On a side note right after snapping that pic i noticed a sign outside of a Fridays saying it was military monday and all military was entitled to 20%off their meal.

Im not military but i thought that was very very cool. Didnt have time to snap the pic though

I wouldn't worry about miles. It's more about how well you do with maintenance imo. I have a work truck at the farm that's averaging 16k a year from weekend driving and a minivan for the city that has 240k on it, the hardest part about getting that far on the minivan was the regular maintenance. I'm definitely not easy on my cars( I think they both have half an inch of dust/mud on them) The outside is rusted through but mechanically they're fine, the van hasn't ever failed to start on the first try and it hasn't been stored inside at all.

I'm probably going to need a pickup one day for my career, they are called bakkies here (buk-keys)

Unfortunately for me im not too good with cars so will have to rely on service center/mechanics for this....smh

Do you have the Hilux out there? very dependable trucks. Wish we had them here in the states
We do, they are very well spoken of here by the farmers. I think someone in my family has one. There are a lot of bakkies in South Africa

those little 4cyl diesels will go forever
Yeah. I'm doing a basically hands on course in Agriculture soon from a very successful family member, and he's also taking my to a university aquaponics facility. It's gonna be awesome, even with all the labour lol
