I look at it as a justification for allowing weapons. The police certainly would not have gotten there in time to save anyone.

ya and unfortunately the weirdos are going to swing it to say its a case of 3 teens who could have been set straight instead of losing their lives.

The driver is getting three murder charges as well as three burglary charges.

What goes around comes around. The principals three year old daughter plugged an upstairs sink and then everyone left the house for three hours and they came back to a well flooded house. Their upstairs is completely trashed and the first floor has a decent amount of damage and the basement ceiling needs replacing too now. He's looking at 50k in damage easily.

Tough guy talk aside I'll say he was....the three of them came to do him and his family harm and they are all dead by his shot placement.
