How much is an Uber? I realize distance plays a factor in price, I’m just curious.

13 minute ride was 23$. They were charging 100% fee due to weather, so double price haha. Its usually very affordable, especially when going around town while being unable to drive

Ugh, just spent an hour outside(45 degrees) trying to start the lawnmower. Did everything. Primed it, shot starter fluid in the carb, took the plug out and cleaned it...The wife and I gave up and I told her what kind to replace it with. As she was pushing it away, she tried it 1 more time...and it started. Went inside and the cold water was hot.

HOA gave us a notice to mow the yard. Does it look like it needs it(this is their picture)?

Been getting down to -12f with -35 wind chills here in SE Michigan lately. The way the news talks about it you'd think we are all gonna die because of it. If I hear the term Polar Vortex one more time I'm gonna lose it on someone lol

Worse thing about it is just trying to keep temps up in the tanks in the basement. Most of them are fine but one of my 120g's only has a 200w heater on it and with the room temp down there dropping to 52f the tank temp in there is 71f so I had to add a 2nd heater to that tank last night.

Yeah,they are up there too.
The forecastors here have been damned near begging for it to snow but we haven't gotten much of anything yet lol.

Tell me about it. They close schools and everything tues for a flurry. Ever since 5yrs ago when they missed it and people had to camp on the interstate they're so cautious.

It was 30s for a few days and now we're back to mid 50s to 60s
