Just searched shooter in Texas. Found this

Did he forget to remove the hanger from his vest before he went on his little rampage?

The dude defiantly has a a lot of WTF's? going on that's for sure. Looks like he's got a mag in his hand, but yet doesn't really look like he's in the process of changing mags or anything, just kind'a carrying it for some reason. Also looks like some sort of long knife on his right side. Dunno what he thought he was gonna need that for, the whole bring a knife to a gun fight I guess lol
Fortunately in the end none of that "military grade"( the media loves to use that term)gear did him any good.
