We have st Augustine sod already. What i dont like about is you cant by seeds over seed it. Only additional sod or plugs. Ive been reading about zoysia seeds.


I had this down to a science in DE. The soil was so nutrient deficient that over fert'ing was the way to go

Thanks believe it or not the actual capital is underneath those clouds here's some more pictures of my job sitefinished product and before the meta goes on it it's a damn beast of a building

I had to screen shot them in my photo library because my phone is a pos and won't load images past a certain point I was on post duty so I had to knock out support beams and replace them and this was my veiw6th floor btw

Yes that's the only negative about Kentucky Bluegrass unless your yard is shaded and you water properly.

I used Kentucky blue to over seed our last home. It came out really nice

I need to get some picks from work up. in the cascades with a full view on mount Si and Index. love that view sir. love it when the fog down below first thing in the morning before it rises.

I just started this year with a lawn care company fertilizing my lawn. I was doing it myself but was getting frustrated with the rising price of fertilizer and not happy with the results.

I don't have the time to mess with it and my results were not great even when I did have time. Im using the same as my neighbor the price isn't bad
