But it's so easy to cook a bunch of chicken at once, freeze the excess and depending on spice preferences you have a variety of ready meals.

cooking at home is healthier and cheaper.

Take chicken, if you use chicken parts, you need to know that dark meat is juicier and harder to mess up, it won't really over cook; down side is that it takes longer to cook through and contains higher fat. Breasts are healthier but harder to cook it just right; and it doesn't have a lot of flavor.

In general, lean meat requires high heat and fast cooking, fattier cuts require slower cooking methods.

It's not that hard.

Tried to grow pepper one year; sf Bay Area's summer temperature is too low for a good pepper growth. Temperature in the fifties at night is not good for them.
