i would be fine making fish fry out of kois as i dont like goldfish/kois ( well any carp for that matter LOL )
The future is bright for this fish in the food market, i believe. Especially in the U.S. exports/selling to asian markets... would you agree?

I mean the damn things are taking over the Mississippi river basin. Sooner or later they will be the only fish left in the rivers... Also have heard of instances where fisherman have like doubled their profits by catching and selling Bighead and Silver carp.
