for dinner. curry noodle

I don't know what exactly goes into the soup. but I know there's some curry paste, lemon grass, lemon leaves, bamboo, quail eggs, chicken


the noodles, sorry for the dark picture


and mix the two, along with some basil leaves, chopped green onion, cabbage and cilantro and lemon. bam, dinner is served.

oh and here are some of my chickens. there's a rooster in each picture, the rest are hens. can someone id them?




these are the "silkies." the white one is the rooster, then the brown one is the hen and there's a small black one. you can see it's head
