Chiggers are definitely real, like Petspoiler said they are a kind of mite. My neighbor was a Deadhead for years and said they were really common on tour. Nasty....

no room with an office re-do being done. it has to go, and not home. he can't really do maintenance now w/shoulder problem.
he has it as SW w/very small sump.
