I'm way behind with this thread. I was up north in Big Sur this weekend for a marathon. Awesome race, beautiful views, but still not a fan of NoCal....

I took it easy last week. A 10 mile trail run last sunday in the hills and a 6 mile city run on Wed. I am feeling really good today after 26.2 miles. Not too sore at all. So I guess that means I ran 42.2 miles in 3 runs for the week.
