I bet. On a similar note, we have created a new color and usergroup for members who have passed away to show respect. It is still in progress but should be finished soon.

^ I brought this to Li's attention a while ago and agree with you, names for vendors, mods, probies etc... should have their colors displayed as they are on the main site. I also asked for the icon for threads you have posted in to be on the app as well. A lot of time and funding is being tied up in the legal issues right now though so I doubt those changes will be made in the very near future.

Yeah it makes me sick too. It made it hard to get some administrative things done around here but hopefully once all that mess is over with we can get back to being on track. We have some pretty cool ideas in the pipeline once we are.

I use it as a stir fry...

Julianne the egg plant, set a side...
Lightly brown the ground pork with some garlic. Take out the pork, leave the drippings in the pan, add more chopped garlic, store fry on low to medium heat with the eggplant until soft, add soy, cooking wine to taste.

Add back the ground pork, add some cayenne pepper powder, a small amount of vinegar and a table spoon of sugar, then stir fry until the flavors, the ground pork, the egg plant are mixed together. If the sauce is too runny add light amount of starch. Then drizzle sesame oil and mix in green onions, chopped, then plate.

Have used eggplant for parmigiana and moussaka but not a big fan of it myself.
