It's one of the electro-stimulation units that chiropractors use to make muscles twitch to release tension.
And on a side note, my city council is trying to change the zoning laws to force tattoo shops out of business, this not only affects the place where I get my work done, but I'm friends with them all, have socialized with them many times, and have even been to their homes. They're good hardworking people who have done a lot of good things for the community and don't deserve to have it all taken away from them.

How are they able to single out tatt shops? I'm sure the better artists pull in more doing at home visits.
It normally sells for over $400, but through a livingsocial deal I got it for $70. And they are changing the zoning to not allow any body modification shops in city limits anymore. None of the quality artists around here will work out of anywhere except a fully licensed and accredited studio.
