you gave me a craving so I'm eating a lowly bowl on cheerios sprinkled with sweet cinnamon & sliced almonds.
Poor substitute. but lower in sugar maybe? I used Xylitol. still sick and don't wanna feed my bacteria with real sugar.
 
Just got back...I was nappin. I keep MFK up on the laptop so you never really do know when I'm around. Lol

I bought one of those pet dishes with the little circulating pumps so it's always flowing. The cats are obsessed with it... and the dog couldn't care less where his water comes from.
