I looked her up after posting my question and learned,among other things,that she is not related the actress Tia Carrera.
I've been on my feet for the past nine hours. I'm tired. I'm hungry, and I think I could kill at this point. Id like to think of myself as the queen of the heel, but even I understand that there are practical heels and shoes best left to nice parties where you can just sit there and look nice. My friends told me we would only be out for a bit, so I just chose the closest shoes and ran out the door. I chose shoes that were meant for the aforementioned sitting down and looking nice sort of affair, and wound up footing it all over God's green earth. 
I posted pics back in one of the car threads but let me find them again...
This was back in the good ol' days when I still had my Mustang and Truck (Sold the Mustang and the truck was stolen).

Not that you would know this but 1976 and 1977 had that front grille. a 1978 had an extra bar in it and in 1979 they changed the whole grille area up and made it part of the body instead of part of the hood.
I had a Chevette back in the 80's...same color
