still missing the point. not getting laid has nothing to do with him being demented. what are you thinking, that if he had it would've helped him? grow up man. he was not a complete human being inside.
he also blamed the men who got laid for him being murderous, as well as everyone 'more popular' than him or happier than him. he was pure psycho.
god I can't even imagine any poor female on earth getting screwed by him- such a sick hateful shell of a human. much less any guys thinking it could've helped or mattered??? that actually supports his warped view.
 
To be honest, his rants don't sound any different then any other kid that has gone in a murder spree. He is however a lil older then most the teen school shooters but it's all the same. They feel alone, left out, not included, rejected, shunned by society in the pressure cooker that is the education system and eventually snap.

Looks like a pretty normal looking guy to me from the pics. No way he couldn't have hooked up with someone online. it's about his place in society though. He felt he didn't have one

And yes I think him getting laid changes everything. he'd find acceptance and drop the chip on his shoulder

I think there are some people who do not have a full deck of human components. one being, empathy.
wouldn't matter who they are surrounded by, they view things thru a lens without that.
no sign of empathy in his writings anywhere.
ppl also said they had never seen him laugh. ever. not even as a kid.
 
Only guys will understand that getting laid actually does change everything for the better, while for women it doesn't seem to be as big of a deal at least for the women I've been close too. More of an existential big deal for women while for guys it just brightens your life.

I'm of the opinion people can be fixed, I was a suicidal maniac from watching my father die (died when I was 14) when I was 15-17. Guess what helped more then anything? A girlfriend. Vastly more then friends and family although they helped too.

He literally states that all he wanted was to be loved! I mean cmon, if he had a gf that loved him and that he loved he wouldn't have gone on a rampage for not being loved. Of course there is some mental illness there, but as was said, I think people can be fixed for the most part. There are obvious exceptions though.

Hes pissed off at the world, why would he show empathy? Compassion to people you hate?

Clearly a few screws loose but in a different setting this doesn't happen IMO.

buffalo, some things can be fixed. or worked with.
lack of certain capacities can not be put inside someone by others.
sorry, I have firsthand life experience with learning this very severe and most disappointing lesson.
may you never have to.
 
wow. neither one of you can imagine that his loathing of others could have been the reason, the very thing, that repelled others from feeling comfortable getting closer to him?

I feel the same way you do from skimming his rants and not looking into his personal life (yet)

Finding his niche (sports, a club, a mentor etc etc) and social structure including positive interaction with women would've made him just a regular guy instead of a breaking news story

I know nothing about his life yet to make that judgement. It may be the case but judging by rants only I can't say that

if the rants of murderers are where you look for true perspective, then I feel so very sorry for where you will be misled.
you have never really known someone who is not equipped with some aspect of normal human capacity though, not to the point where you became convinced against your will & desire for it to be different & changeable by the best of human endeavors, so unfortunately I get that too.
