I wasn't saying one should react to it but you acted as if it was unheard of when in actuality half of the mass shootings in recent US history with 20 or more people killed have happened in a very similar environment.

Nah, i never pointed out my view....which is any firearm would do. You don't need a rocket launcher slung around your shoulder in a chillis to prevent a mass murder suicide

the problem seems to be that those that don't know how ridiculous it is to carry assault rifles to family eatery's are the guys who think they need to ....to prove some kind of point....WAIT FOR IT .... here comes the first guy to tell me how it really is....lol
 
What happened over on the Sterling thread....? Woke up and saw that Pharaoh put the kibosh on it... It's been redacted (CLASSIFIED), TOP SECRET. The last three posts I see are from me, Lee and Eddie. Pharaoh said something about politics being discussed...that sucks... that was my favorite thread (even though it's gonna cost me my avatar, lol)...What happened? Anyways, hope all is well and let me know if you guys want to start a similar thread (KRICH - wink, wink) and try to keep it alive for as long the last one.

P.S. Honestly, I thought we had pushed parts of that thread to the limit and was kind of surprised that it hadn't caught the eye of the mods sooner...was it something we said that got it closed? I don't remember any direct politics discussed though??? Anyways, like I said...Hope everyone is well and will talk to you all later ;)
 
A member decided to chime in and aggressively debate with another member and say things some things that were uncalled for and hours later a mod decides that enough is enough so that's that....as for me,I'm done with it so no need for me to restart the topic after they've shut it down but feel free to go ahead and do so if you want.

I hear ya...However, it wasn't the topic that got it shut down...but the comments...right? Anyways, I've got enough out of that thread as well, but if you got any other "hot topic" thread ideas that come to mind...by all means...indulge us. You seem to have a knack for seeding seemingly innocent topics which are catalysts for firestorms! I mean that in a good way...you are the "Diamond Maker", lol.
 
Lol,that's a good one...Diamond Maker.I think I recall a few posts back in the Sterling thread where someone said that the thread was "diamonds".
