Lol T The beginning of the end....As long as your hairline is intact you're good.I have a few greys here and there since I was about thirty but now I have an eroding shoreline on top of it all.

30 eh? That's where I'm at. Hairline is still better then lebrons so I'm happy lol. 3-4 years ago I started spending more time with the current gf (she became primary cook) and our diets were terrible and the hair started thinning out. I changed the diet instantly and been smooth sailing since. That was a scare though.

Interesting, what tipped you off that the hair issue was diet related initially?

Weight gained lmao. I dont know for a fact but just putting 2 and 2 together at the time. Then when it recovered I assumed it was related.

my gf isn't a big woman but she was too generous on portions while limiting her own. It was showing in the kid too. She's still a hefty kid but she's living a healthier lifestyle. More active, more energy. Still an overeater though

ugh, eddie and granny sound like a married couple. just kiss and make up already geez

anyways, eddie, i'm pretty sure food has little if anything to do with hair loss. if that was the case, all these starving homeless would be bald. but many of them have quite impressive flowing locks

you can't fight genetics.

btw, this is the first clear, full body, recent picture of eddie. maybe 30 more pounds and a bald head and we got a suge knight doppelganger

Not even close. Maybe you forgot what suge looks like.

So hair receding at 26 but fine at 30 is genetics? That makes less sense then a change in diet.

Sounds like sobody joined the Hair Club for Men.

maybe, but the resemblance is there though

well, bottom line is, if you're gonna be bald, you're gonna be bald. diet isn't gonna help.

age just depends. balding can show as soon as 15 years old if i'm not mistaken. and some don't really go bald until they're older already. if the genes got you, they got you

I have a cousin who's dad is bald and his mom's brothers are bald. his older brother is bald, but the genes skipped him. he's in his late 20's and still got a full head of hair. he will pass the recessive gene to his kids though

You'd be surprised at how much good nutrition effects things. I'm clearly not balding though, hence the discussion

About the only resemblance suge and I have is we're both black. You must be one of those people who think all black people look alike

Yeah I just googled him to make sure my memory wasn't foggy.
