Thx evz, yeah pretty much out of my mind. Its really all i think about i 2as researching it like crazy the first few days but had to stop. Reading about the negative things was just too much. Could always be worse though.
Hello; Well my world is to be different for two to three weeks or more. About 60 miles away there was a rock slide on interstate 75 a couple of days ago. Shut down both lanes. South bound lanes expectedd to be open in two weeks, north bound three weeks.
The highway that runs in front of my house (Hwy 63) here in TN is one of the detour routes. Big trucks rolling by 24/7 for the duration. The noise is not so bad as the house is closed up. Riding my bicycle and getting about will be affected. I took advantage of a mild day for a bicycle ride today. Had to cut my usual route short as the traffic was backed up from the red light for more than a half mile.
Word of caution to anyone planning to use I-75 between Corbin KY and Lafollette TN might try to find a different waty to go. Sad thing being that there are few really good substitute routes. Several ways to go, but most are twisty two lanes.
