ok, my last response kind of well week, the Olympics is not a charity event, having the Olympics in your Nation is not a donation, if you do not have the infrastructure and facilities in place already, you should not be hosting the Olympics. this just damm stupid.

all focus on the Olympics should be on the athletes, not whether the place ready to host it. Its just moronic IMHO.

I have not given it much thought but I have been hearing more and more of this kind of comment.I even read where someone said the Olympics should only be held in well developed,established countries such as the U.S.,Canada,Great Brittain and Germany to name a few.
 
I agree with that, again has nothing to do with any nation, its the Olympics, its about the athletes, and ware has the the best stability, facilities and infrastructure to suport them and the event.

At least with the rock climbing and skateboarding events you don't have to wonder about whether or not the competitors are juiced up on steroids lol!
