Pretty sure deliberately runner my over animals is illegal in all states(I know I'd shoot whoever I catch doing that kind of behavior, out here the "s rule" is the way we operate, cuz the cops are worthless wimps.
Yeah I'm going to call bs on that statement tough guy. I just don't swerve. Its safer for everyone involved.

Lol.....and I get grief for being pissed off about pesky tree rats.
Just make it so it sounds you're going to do it for public safety. No moron is going to contest that.

Hello; have to agree with this. Seems better not to swerve or do anything drastic to avoid critters on the road.
Depends on the situation to a degree. Like predatorkeeper said in a different post about situational awareness. If you are keeping track of traffic around you and have enough warning then sometimes the critters can be avoided.
A couple of mornings ago I was behind two trucks a good ways. No other traffic close behind. We were doing around 60 mph on a divided four lane in Lee county Virginia. Suddenly three white tail does ran across the highway in front of the lead truck. My habit is to scan way up the road as well as near me so was able to slow in plenty of time. (If following a car on a two lane you can look thru the front cars windshield to see up the road sometimes.) The first truck was able to slow enough to miss the deer. You do not want to hit a deer as that will destroy a car or truck. Already have seen several dead deer on the roadside near my place in the last couple of weeks. I guess the rut is started or maybe the fires or maybe the hunters if the season is in.

Tell me about it. My parents hit one(before my time). I think it was in a 55/56 chevy and it did some damage. Those cars were not made of plastic(like today's cars)

I recall a member from a few years ago who was a very prominent cichla keeper. He eventually got out of the hobby but he said that his goal was to aquire a hyena but with Pennsylvania laws being the way thay they are I doubt if he was ever able to do so....check out these chaps.
View attachment 1214020 View attachment 1214021 bet they think they are badasses lol.View attachment 1214022 the baboon looks quite comfortable.
ya theres no way, he'd need a zoo license haha.

that baboon looks like such a little badass in his dope suit haha

in parts of the world people have trained baboons and other primates to kill people with automatic weapons.
As far as Virginia possums they r easy to catch, just grab em behind the head.
Any black squirrels in the United States are melanistic, this generally occurs in areas where there is a small gene pool often caused by uncontrolled hunting at one point or habitat fragmentation, this sort of inbreeding can also cause the squirrels or other animals to become aggressive, these animals are more likely to spread and contract diseases.
well then there are about 12000 melanistic squirrels in camp grayling Michigan. I don't think its a genetic hiccup as much as a species there...there are literally thousands of them.
