I hadn't thought of those things... I've only seen snow once and I can't even remember it, the only reason I know it happened is because of an old home video lol
So snow is ultra cool and really exciting to me
I'm to close to sea level to get snow. Things freeze but no snow.
Actually I lied, it snowed last winter but it wasn't enough to make snowmen, just enough to see it falling so it doesn't count.
The pipes freeze at my dads but still no snow. He gets icicles forming on the window ledges and stair railings but still no snow.

When I was little and moved from Arizona to Missouri I was excited about snow,but upon getting snow I was disappointed,as the snow was cold and soon left me with aching fingers,I haven't liked snow ever since.....

Does anyone find it odd that cavemen are still considered dumb by many people,yet they can make fire,while many modern people are to stupid to make a fire without matches or a lighter?
Don't you mean EVEN with matches or a lighter ?
That doesn't make them dumb, it is just a particular skill that they haven't learnt. So what is the problem here?
Cavemen didn't have nearly the amount of different skills people have today and people have different skills to match the environment they live in, so don't bash on people that don't live like you do
Bahahaha at least I realize the snow will be cold LOL
If I don't see snow beforehand, my first experience with snow will (hopefully!) be on my wedding day, and should make for some pretty awesome looking photos -and some funny ones of the wedding party freezing their aths off haha
Do you think I should be mean and give the bridesmaids short dresses and opened toed shoes?
Hello; I like your take on this. Some of this will depend on which early sentient humans are referenced when talking about "cave men."
Some movies that picture these early humans as talking in grunts and being simple may have started this way of thinking about early humans. Not likely an accurate portrayal and very likely very wrong. I like to think these early folks did quite well with what they had. Somewhere along the line they found a way to survive in a hostile environment and prosper. They also figured out a lot of things from scratch.
