Those are some nice boots! Do they make women's ones? Actually I should ask if they make kids ones coz my feet are tiny haha

Nice and what are those tassel looking things down on the instep?

kittiee yes they do, krish those are brush guards, stops brush from ramming up your laces and wicks water off your boot tongue. they are low healed loggers. they come in a higher heal but I do not like them.

They look pretty high up the leg,do you wear them with your trousers tucked in?

Awesome. Now to see if I can get them in Tassie. :D

nope laced up and pants over, laced up for ankle support, pants over so water goes over the wick and off the boot. not down the laces and behind the wick.

winter like now, its either rain, or snow. they come water proof and insulated, but with any boot, whither danners that make a great boot, or red wings, again a great boot you want to seal them to lubricate the leather and stitching. I like bees wax because it is naturally rot proof (important with stitching) and a great sealer and lubricant. again stitching.

I have always had to break in danners and red wings, these good to go out the door. cumfy from the start. and I can not argue with 6 years service, I am a grounds manager. I put my boots to task in the cascade foothills.

If not, there is always the internet...
I don't like buying online because nine times out of ten, my parcel gets delivered and instantly ripped out of the mailbox (as with any mail) and destroyed by feral kids that follow the postie around almost every day.

Speaking to their parents doesn't help because they don't care, the sort of people who only had kids for the flat screen TV, and the police can't be bothered with them because they've got bigger things to worry about so I just avoid buying online if I can. Its frustrating but without moving into an area with double the rent there's not much I can do. :(

hello; If you have tried neatsfoot oil or mink oil, how do these compare to bees wax in your opinion?
