Ok, someone that stays on top of this stuff can confirm. I know black talon hollow points were made illegal many years ago. I bought them before this happened of course. Given the damage caused beyond other hollow points. I suppose i can search, but im lazy right now.

As far as I know they were never made illegal,they are nothing more than well hyped hollow points with a scary name.Winchester the company that made them stopped production due to all the media hype.
