It's air-dried meat, usually beef or game, with salt and spices added and often chopped into small slices or chunks. Extremely tasty :)

It sounds kind of like jerky.

I'm not sure about the exact process of making jerky.I'll have to check with a buddy of mine who makes his own.

I chowed down 2 months worth of nuts with no side effects, boy has it been catching up with me the past 2 weeks.
