The response will be modified to suit the circumstances. You aren't going to react to a 15-year-old kid or an 80-year-old drunk the same way you would to a healthy adult man your own size. You need to use judgment...and when this jerk took a slap from his wife...paused a split second...and then whacked her once, and swung and half-missed again, and then appeared to be trying to follow through yet again...he proved that his judgment is not to be trusted.

She absolutely should have been able to make a better choice. So should he...and it's more important in his case because he can do more damage.

Your entire argument sounds like "Well...she started it!"

I think we've done pretty well actually since Krich posted that video. There's been a bit of too and fro with it, a few different angles and opinions and such....but at least it hasn't been shut down....or should I end my post with....yet!

Hello; A portion of the video made a brief appearance on a TV show. That is where i saw the slaps. I guess because this White guy is some sort of sports celeb is why it is news. I suspect there is more to why he is so despised than just that he and his wife slapped each other. I have no clue what buttons this White fellow pushes to generate such hate. I just do not know much about him or his business.
Funny thing may be the two, White and wife, may have sobered up and the whole thing is far behind them by now.

Right.....and Dana White is part owner of the mixed martial arts cage fighting promotion UFC,White was also just about to kick off a new TV show about people actually slapping one another in a competition setting..that is, until TBS got wind of White and his wife carrying on,the cable channel has backed off from airing the show.

And also dependent, obviously, upon how many people are present to see and video the event and possibly to interfere with your completely justified retaliation... :ROFL:
 
Hello; Interesting thing about small human beings. I had to break up fights as public-school teacher. I learned to be ready for an "errant" punch coming my way when i stepped into the middle of a fight. I also learned to gauge when the fight was serious and when one and often both combatants really wanted to have it stopped.
At the first school I taught, a high school, one of the coaches would put boxing gloves on the two caught in a fight. Bet that is not allowed now days anywhere.

Also, at that first school I found two girls fighting behind the school. Rather it was one very big girl whaling on another girl by the time i saw it. No crowd around, just the two in a lonely corner. I went up and grabbed the bigger girl's arm as she reared back to throw another punch. She just shook me off and went back to slugging. The fight was over by then anyway. The other girl was done.
The big girl was sort of a gentle giant most of the time. The girl who got a good beat down was an offensive loudmouth known for starting trouble. Guess she started on the wrong person mistaking a general gentle nature for a pushover. For what it is worth not one slap involved.
