Right now i've got a hodge podge in my 135. My large male severum who is a jerk to most other fish (but seems rather calm in this tank for some reason), 8 heterospila growouts, 2 sajicas, a bn pleco and a couple of hoplo cats. Eventually I'll pair the hets down to two when a pair develops and get rid of the rest or perhaps keep a trio in the 135 with the severum and a few sajicas. Long term i see 2 hets, 1 sev, 1 bp, and a few sajicas in the 135 with some hoplo cats and a bn pleco or 2. That leaves my 75 for bichirs. I had been planning on landing a group of F1 g. owroewefi in the next few months. I hope they make a good companion fish for the UJ. I originally intended on doing a parrot and sajicas with the bichirs but after seeing how load back the bichirs are i think the g. owroewefi might be a better match

Like i said, I tried to put the severum in the 75 but he's much more aggressive (and skittish) in the 75 than he is the 135.

Yeah you deffinatly need to be careful of over aggressive cichlids with polys. Polys really don't fight back well and really don't normally fight except with each other on occasion. Of course there is always the exception. You can find jerk polys in just about every type. But for the most part are not prone to fighting.....if it's not food they don't seem to care mostly.

Finally was able to land a good photo of the del. She's a bit stubborn

Thanks guys. She's not as active as the senegal. The senegal is all over the place sometimes. But I enjoy watching her movements. Hoping with more time in the tank and after i get a couple more polys that she'll get more comfortable.

Del have a on and off switch when it comes to activeness, usually i notice that they are more active when they are hungry.
