I dont have pics but me amd my brother have a 5" con that we had going on 10 years in 2months. We raised him from a 3/4" fry.

That's my biggest male. He is 8+ years old and is 6.5". His fins would be longer if I didn't keep him with turtles...he is actually very aggressive. I had him with my 4" and 3" turtles and he attacked them to much. Now he is with my 7" musk turtle and 13" 18 year old red ear slider. He attacks my musk turtle sometimes, but he can't do to much to her.

Thanks. Yes he has. He is was with a slightly larger female jack Dempsey and was terrorized. I have him all by himself for now. I have plans on breeding him in the future.
 
Really enjoyed going through this old thread. Just wondering is there any update to these bad boys?
