Ya I'm thinking about getting a fx5 and a uv sterilizer but I think the fish had it somewhat when I got it I don't totally remember tho unless its from stress or it rubbed against something when it was on the way home or in the tank I dunno will keep the updates coming and hopefully somebody comes that may know thanks !

I emailed the breeder of merlion emerald I sent a pic he told me its fungas infection I should raise tanks temp to 30 degrees Celsius

I did so do you guys think that may be it? Thx

the petstore guy said it might be dropsy is thst true?! thx pls reply back

Have you googled "dropsy"? Do some searching, read the symptoms and go look at the fish armed with that info!

You are the one looking at the fish, you are in the best person to judge what is wrong with it and diagnose it. You'll have a far higher chance of success by researching the symptoms of possible problems (fungus, dropsy, scale damage from trauma etc) and looking at the fish in person than we have based on one poor quality photo. I certainly can't diagnose it from that pic sorry, could be anything from dropsy to funny light reflecting in the pic.
 
I did google dropsy I could not find any pics of it on a aro my aro eats amazing he always takes te food and right away even ate from my hand swims fins are all open I'm not sure about the scales tho

tank has .5 amonia and thats it nothing else
