depends. There are houses here in Texas, which go for about 100,000, that would go for 350,000-400,000 in Colorado. Even more (like in Cali or certain parts of New England), or less (like in Oklahoma).

Yea man. When I moved down here, and got away from DC, it was crazy. There are houses down here going for 200k that would have 2M+ on my street.
