In fact i would say there are thousands of people that think that way and are sport fisherman.

Thats thousands of dead sharks on top of the 100 million killed every year by gill nets and shark finning.


STOP FISHING FOR SHARKS PEOPLE!!!!

Most sharks only have 1 pup at a time for crying out loud. They cant keep up with the rate they are being killed.

My personal opinion is that ALL sharks should be protected.

that's a big freaking shark. It does suck that it had to die but if you were to catch a shark that was possibly the biggest one ever caught, i'm pretty sure you would keep it not only for the scientific reasons but also for a little glory.

I have no problem fishing for whatever as long as it has a purpose this goes for hunting as well, if you hunt for food good. But just for sport is just plain wrong.
Do people eat shark? Is it even healthy to eat shark?
