His water looks clean, if he kept it in good condition the fish wouldn't be that stunted. but either way, that's horrible.

I saw that same tank and stand on sale at Petsmart, clearance actually, just a week ago or so. I was tempted to buy it but realized that the dimensions were just so off-kilter that I couldn't imagine keeping much of anything in it happily.

I had 2 pacus in a 75 that were 13 and 15 inches and i felt so bad cuz i couldnt upgrade so i gave them to someone who had a bigger tank. They now live in a 350 gallon tank and are both 21 inches

They are stunted at 1 year old, they should be MUCH bigger.

I thought E-bay had a policy against selling live animals?

This guy has 4 pacu in a 70 gallon tank. Must be its ok to sell live animals on E-bay. There is another add for 4 of them in the NY area too.
