Yes I agree with the above post. Add new fish slowly. 3 weeks orginally was not enough time to establish. It takes a good month minimum imo. Then after that you still can't overload the tank.

Ok, that sounds like good advice. I have 10 koi angelfish in qt right now, I know that's way to many but right now they are all dime to nickel size so I'll slowly add them in to the 55 gallon and as they get bigger I will take some out, since I really only want to keep 7-8 angelfish maximum to prevent crowding.
Ok, angelfish are growing up nicely, I would say they're getting closed to quarter size in ther body for the bigger ones in the group of 10 koi. I was wondering what else I could feed them other than the omega 1 super color flakes I give them twice a day along with the occasional bloodworms. Is there some kind of hikari pellet angels would like? Or something else?My angels already like to eat the sinking shrimp pellets I put in for my cory catfish lol! Also, is there a way to upload pictures to this site from an Iphone? Thank you!
