SO why dont you want a GTP? Perfect display snake.

Im guessing you could put a few different kinds of darts in there but i wouldnt count on a low-human impact biosphere. a separate fruit fly colony would work better imo. If you want to do a nice vivarium you could also get a pair of chameleons.

That's what I figured .The wife is hell bent against getting a snake .I caught a worm snake and brought it inside Kept it in a un escapible cage .She had a night mare about the snake escaping and threw it out the next day . I would hate for that to happen with a gtp or any snake for that matter.I might keep it 4 the baby blues ( if i ever get any) or just re sell it .

Ah well, Im sure your wife would be scared of touching the GTB, and it probobly would have the right sort of attitude to scare her off:)

Yep then it would be dead and so would I.

I like the dart frog idea but I always wanted to setup an anole with house gecko vivarium. That way its active day and night.

yea a big anole vivarium with house geckos would be cool, or chameleons, you could also make little ponds

don't think its suitable for a gtp as they need height.
How about bearded dragons?
Tokays?

You coulld put a turtle in there. Or if you really wanted you could make it so the bottom was water with some land and put some sort of tree frog in there, you could keep small fish in the water and eep some branches and plants up the top, something ive always wanted to do,

Don't think thats a good idea, as one is diunal and one is nocturnal they would disturb eachother when sleeping. Thats a big sign saying stress right there.

you could do a naturalistic tank with the anoles. i dotn think the geckos would be to disturbed, ive seen them active during the day too and ive also seen anoles active at night around lights catching bugs. but you could also add some small skinks to the tank. also maybe a couple rough green snakes (or smooth) as they eat crickets too and dont get very big. and if you have some water maybe you could add small fish, newts, salamanders.

also, if you go dart frogs and need food you could just set up a 10 gallon with some dirt and hides and throw some female crix from the store in there. they will lay eggs and you will have pinhead crickets galore. i have that prob going on in my marine toad tank now lol. i take them to the lfs by me and feed them to their darts.

would be an awesome turtle set up. look in the classifieds, i think someone is selling an albino chinese softshell turtle!!!!! that would be killer!

or how about get a breeding trio of ackies. give them a good deep substrate. put piping underneath for tunnels. give them digging areas too...........get the idea? lol

if you go with snakes, would be a cool set up if you did some kind of natural set up with an adult yellow rat snake or a black rat snake.

the chameleon idea someone gave is a good idea too.
