OPinions of my tank set up

I have never seen the 3D ones, that is interesting though, I need to make a trip to my lfs I haven't gone in a while because they're 45 minutes away, maybe they've started carrying them.

I wish I could ditch the volcano too, that's my boyfriends way of being involved and he loves it, so I'm letting him have his little fun, lol.
 
i have a couple fake logs and rock tube formations for hiding places for my BGK. the one fake log thing i bought for $14 at Petsmart, it's fairly common and easy to find. flintsone huts are very popular with the smaller cichlids too. my red jewels always lay their eggs in it. and a hunk of driftwood is necessary with a pleco.. gotta have it. sometimes Petsmart or Petco have sales you can get a little piece of already sunk wood for less than $5. doesn't have to be big, it just has to be wood. one of my pieces of driftwood is about 8" long and 2" wide, i usually put some silk plants around it to make it look better, or hide it in a corner, just so the pleco has wood.

that's not nearly enough volcanoes you should add at least a minimum of 12 more.:ROFL:
 
I really appreciate everyone's help but please read the entire forum before posting, I have already said that the thing in the back left corner IS DRIFTWOOD, and yes my pleco LOVES it.
 
well.. forgive me, i thought i had read the entire thread, i apparently missed the part about your driftwood. i don't generally offer an opinion unless i have read the entire thread first.

it's not a mistake i'll likely make again.
