Hey guys I added this to my other post but figured no one would go there to look but I got 2 new peacocks and one of them I’m sure is a female I know it’s hard without venting but from the fin and the color it’s almost hard to tell so I’d appreciate someone’s experience I’m 90% sure and it’s the top peacock in the pic and he/she is the same age as the one below so he/she should be showing the same colors but hey I might be wrong

It looks like a female.

Ok ty yeah I’m almost certain I can see a little color but I feel it should be at least close to the others I know it doesn’t always have to be but they are all from the same parents so it has to be

Impossible to know for sure but I would guess female. I have what I thought was an all male hap/peacock tank. All the fish very colorful and then two of the solid bright orange peacocks that had tons of egg spots on their anal fins started holding and wasn't long before I saw the little eyes in their mouths.

So I have since decided the normal rules of color and egg spots don't always apply to hybrid peacocks like OB's and dragon blood types.
