what about feeding a smaller worm,black or trout?

Thnx for the suggestion, may try that if I can get hold of some black worms. Anyways fed them this morning and all worms were gone after I came from work so they must have had some atleast as the discus wont have gobbled them all up. Fed again after work but after a few hours atleast half the worms I put in there were still there so took em out.

You can leave uncut worms in your tank for at least 6 hours without them dying. Good to see there eating. They're on there way.

They are looking much better today, thanks a lot for your help, looks like they are getting back up to speed. Im going to carry on power feeding them for another week or so. Ill get some updated pics up soon.

Finally managed to get some pics of the male. Both rays seem ok and are eating fine, however the male did go slightly white again today but then went back to normal. They are both definitely not as pale as they were last week. Currently feeding 2/3 times a day with 20% water changes daily. The underside of the male looks a bit strange though. Both rays seem to like flying around the front glass and even pop their heads out of the water from time to time when flying upwards. What do you guys think?
