This is pretty awful. The "conspiracy" theorists say it may have been from conspecific aggression. Which is a really noob move for a professional, if you think about it.

Housing animals of that size and intelligence has to be a daily struggle. I could see if it was two orcas that had fought in the past and they still had them together but if it was the first incident and they separated them after then they did what they could. You could argue that orcas shouldn't be kept in captivity for our amusement but then what are we all doing as fish keepers.

That's horrible that animal is a huge responsibility and people can't handle it it takes a truly dedicated staff and much intelligence to take care of such animals which most people do not have

That is your opinion. Every animal has intraspecies conflicts, you can't expect them to get along 24/7.
