Orino grow out thread

Thank you lol I just have like OCD I can't stand seeing poop in my tanks! It just makes me think, well I don't let my dog sit in his own poo so why would I let my fish?

I'm pretty sure this guy isn't wild caught, he was only 8$ so maybe the act of farming them is making them more adaptable? I feel so bad for the Orinos sold in that shop though.. on the glass w/ the info sheet (literally just the name of fish and minimum tank size) it said peacock bass, minimum 75 gallon :/

Er mah gerd it took me like 5 minutes to find this thread again lol, got a new phone with a beast camera, takes amazing pics and my o has been doing great, slowed down on growth a bit but is still the most boisterous fish in the tank. Once the lightings right, around noon I'll get some better pics and a nice tail shot, his tail is very very blue lol

Thanks guys! Yeah in the right light its crazy blue, much more so then I expected at about 4.5 inch getting the shot is tough tho haha it was very cloudy today so didn't get the best lighting, I like how fish in general look in ambient light. I would love some dimmers but haven't bothered since id rather save for ones for my much larger build
