Orinos are one of the nastiest and most aggressive cichla that I have ever owned.

Kelberis are the ones you have to watch out for. As long as you have a good group of Cichla, you'll be fine.

Music, so INTENSE.... Love the slowmo action. How big are they?

I can't notice any real major growth yet. But it's possible they've grown an inch. Biggest is no more than 7" for sure. They still hide when I walk over to the tank and it takes em a good 10 minutes to come back out if I sit in front of it, so getting a good eyeball measurement is hard.

sorry for the lack of updates. they keep hiding ever since I added a black background to the tank. Filter is going a bit wonky too. Keeps getting air in it, but I can't find any holes. :/ Not sure if the constant gurgling is messing with them or not.

there's also 2 sponge filters in there which are constantly bubbling.
