Oh i totally agree. If i had a fillet knife i would have done surgery last night. It hasnt lost its color so i kind of feel like maybe he isnt dead but not sure that means anything. He isnt moving so im sure he's done too. Ill bust out the roofing sheers shortly and see for sure. Just eating breakfast first. lol
So not to bust you too hard but taking your time eating breakfast, yea for me it would have been either in my pocket knife, or in my kitchen and I'll clean the knife later wifey, or in the garage going for the utility scissors. But yea sorry for your fish loss.

Well not to bust back too hard but i think you may be lacking a bit in the common sense department. If you look at the pleco and notice he is partially digested that didnt happen while i was eating that happened in the 8 hours he was in the oscars mouth overnight before the oscar died. If youre speaking of last night thats a different story, but i didnt have the heart to kill the oscar i have been raising for the last 7 months. Figured i would just let his snack kill him.
Damn sorry to hear about both fish. Keep your head up.![]()

Speaking of last night and as far as waiting your second fish to die if the pleco was already dead could there have been a possibility of saving your Oscar?
