I would tank your Oscar out and treat him or her. I used the fuzzy tablets and if he’s not eating i would take the fish out and treat separately because they’re very sensitive fish. And then treat your pond I have a blue bottle is called weco nox-ick water it treats 75 gallons. Then also I used Tera lifeguard tablets then Tera ick guard you can buy them at your local pet store or Amazon. I wish you luck ick is very hard to control. I had it but my fish died because of it.
