Oscar maximum size in a 300 gal

Ok.. I thought i seen an O that would come close to 15".... But I would never say it was... WIHTOU a ruler ;) :D
 
18" is rediculous. max i have ever seen is 15-16". 14" ussally.

I have seen some that were easily 18".But it was in a large display at a public aquaruim

get me a ruler, take the fish out and put it on the ruler. even with this being said (i still doubt 18") but large public aquarium fish have the best of conditions and if left in for years, could grow very large. but i have seen alot of O's. 16" is HUGE. 18" is CRAZY
