Suggest getting TFB's? For a 75gal? Crazy!:nilly:
TFB's regularly attain 12"+(SL)(16"max), are schooling fish (5+), require alot of room for their swimming style (fast and oft erratic) and being heavy bodied fish have a large bio-load.
Not by any means recommendable for a 75gal, bad advise.

Yes, I'm on www.oscarfish.com, I'm a member of the O'fish Advice Team.

If you think the oscar is boring give it away and get something else.
I think my oscar is great,he lives with a 8" pleco in a 75g tank, not enough room for anything else imo

ya i gave up ...75gal with a now 10.5 or os Oscar with a 7inch or so albino sailfin pleco...all just chilln together...i had put some RD babies in there that i scooped but uh...we all know where those went...sill big O. thanks for all the help though but i have decided to use a 75 for a one fish fish tank(pleco doesnt really count he doesnt like to swim now that he is getting bigger...hahah.)

so, how's you other common doing in his pond?

he grew probably an inch to inch and a half in about a week of transfering him into a pond...and since he left the tank the albino's growth rate has increased he is almost catching up to the size the common one was before i took him out...thats kindof why i decided to not put anything else in the tank...i notieced the difference once i took the common guy out and now all three fish seem happier...
ill try get a pic of the pond...

Excellent to hear.
A habitat with sufficient area, without overcrowding, good water parameters is very condusive to max growth...
Moderate stocking levels are the way to go, but a well maintained heavy stock level is very do'able.
Obviously healthier/happier fish now that they're not overstocked:headbang2
